Job Description
We are looking for a
Project Management Engineer
with strong experience in
SMT equipment and electronics manufacturing
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide after-sales support for
SMT and other equipment
.
Train customers on machine
operation, programming, and maintenance
.
Manage SMT projects, including
solution consulting, process optimization, automation, and production capacity improvement
.
Provide emergency technical support to customers when required.
Prepare
technical reports and English PPT presentations
and coordinate with customers regarding technical issues, POs, payments, testing, and machine demonstrations.
Coordinate customer requirements during the order and delivery process.
Identify new customer requirements and support project follow-ups.




Introduce company products and solutions to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering
.
Prior
SMT / electronics manufacturing industry experience
is required.
Good
English communication skills
(written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of
PLC, AOI, SPI, Printer, Mounter, Reflow Oven, Wave Soldering, Conveyors
, etc.
Willingness to work directly with customers and provide on-site technical support.
Understanding of
Chinese culture
and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to support
business development and customer relationship activities
