AstraZeneca seeks a Finance Coordinator in Mexico City to manage order-to-cash processes, financial controls, and operational improvements. The role oversees invoice releases, credit notes, revenue recognition, and SAP data integrity while collaborating across finance, commercial, and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality, timeliness, and traceability of order release and invoicing processes in SAP
Manage credit notes, cancellations, commercial provisions, and revenue closing procedures
Analyze gross-to-net, commercial expenses, and budget variances; identify financial risks
Collaborate with customer service, finance, commercial, credit, and supply chain teams to resolve issues
Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across order-to-cash operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
Professional experience in commercial financial operations, order-to-cash, or accounts receivable
Strong SAP knowledge across master data, customers, materials, pricing, and invoicing
Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to reconcile and analyze multi-source financial data
Understanding of revenue closure processes, gross-to-net analysis, and commercial provisions
Intermediate or advanced English for regional and integral team interaction
Experience documenting and monitoring controls with focus on audit compliance and traceability
