Job DescriptionJoin Milwaukee Tool and help drive world-class manufacturing performance.We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to our customers.What You'll DoDevelop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.Ensure material availability through effective planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations.Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations.Leverage MPS, MRP,
