Responsibilities
Build and lead clinical research teams partnering with investigative sites on trial execution
Manage team hiring, performance, development, mentoring, and task assignment
Conduct site visits, trend analyses, and gap assessments to support team performance
Ensure regulatory adherence, audit readiness, and quality standards across assigned studies
Manage budgets and resources for assigned studies while supporting site engagement strategies
Requirements




Bachelor's degree in health-related field (medical, scientific, nursing, pharmacy preferred)
Minimum 3 years clinical trial monitoring experience
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and performance management abilities
Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases
Proactive problem-solving with ability to manage risk and ambiguity
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements
