Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver pharmacovigilance projects with regulatory and company standard adherence
Coordinate adverse event collection, evaluation, and timely regulatory submission
Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation aligned to goals
Lead cross-functional collaboration among clinical, regulatory, and data management teams
Mentor pharmacovigilance staff and monitor project progress with risk mitigation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
Extensive pharmacovigilance and drug safety experience with regulatory knowledge
Proven project management skills leading complex pharmacovigilance initiatives
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities for multi-priority management
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
