Responsibilities
Define and execute cardiovascular, renal and metabolic medical strategy for Mexico
Lead evidence-generation initiatives, scientific projects and portfolio medical readiness
Build relationships with scientific leaders, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
Lead, develop and manage a team of approximately ten medical professionals
Oversee medical activities, studies, reviews and therapeutic area budget compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in medicine
Medical leadership experience with product launches or portfolio readiness
Significant pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs background
Proven ability to define and execute medical strategies
Demonstrated leadership and development of high-performing teams
Strong scientific credibility and complex evidence communication skills
Fluent English with senior-level communication capability
