Responsibilities
Serve as primary ICON contact for sponsor regarding all service matters and day-to-day study management
Manage portfolio of ***** studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice
Attend sponsor meetings and represent ICON at client forums
Provide regular study progress reports and communications to sponsors
Deliver ICOLAB technical support to sponsor personnel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
Prior project management experience in laboratory or clinical research
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor interactions
Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies with regulatory adherence
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Legal right to work in Mexico or Argentina
