Responsibilities
Respond to technical and medical inquiries via phone, email, internet, and mail
Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints per regulatory guidelines
Analyze inquiries and document interactions in databases following organizational standards
Research medical literature and draft responses to complex customer questions
Maintain current knowledge of project policies, SOPs, protocols, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent plus life science formal qualification
Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Solid computer skills and keyboarding ability
Knowledge of medical and technical information interpretation
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
