Responsibilities
Coordinate, administer, and document all study management activities
Maintain study project plans and ensure adherence to timelines
Train and support subcontracted resources, country managers, and clinical staff
Conduct teleconferences to review progress, manage issues, and share information
Review study documentation for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years clinical research experience
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
