Responsibilities
Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyses according to SOPs and regulatory requirements
Oversee laboratory operations including sample processing, equipment maintenance, and quality control
Collaborate with clinical research teams on study design and laboratory method implementation
Interpret and validate test results, provide technical expertise, and troubleshoot laboratory issues
Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements




Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or laboratory science
Extensive clinical laboratory experience with strong operations and quality assurance knowledge
Proven ability to perform complex laboratory tests and analyses
Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic medical records (EMR)
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
