Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to support integral clinical trial operations across multiple projects. The role involves coordinating trial activities, maintaining study documentation, managing systems and trackers, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders in a Mexico City office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee assigned clinical trial activities on central or local basis according to task matrix
Perform file reviews and maintain electronic Trial Master Files and study documentation
Support scheduling and organization of client and internal meetings with documentation
Process documents, conduct eTMF reviews, and transmit materials to clients and IRB/IEC
Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports,



and assist with investigator site file distribution
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical operations or related field
Strong knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and country regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems such as GoBalto and eTMF
Excellent English language skills with local language proficiency as needed
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
