Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customers requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

:Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
:Detect area needs .
:Lead improvement projects .
:Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

:Experience in project development at SBU Level.
:Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
:Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
:Project Management.
:Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
