Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR processes while mitigating organizational risks.
Lead employee relations initiatives, coaching managers and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Partner with plant leadership to implement HR programs, talent management initiatives, and workforce strategies that support business objectives.
Maintain a strong presence across operations to understand workforce needs, improve engagement, and reduce turnover.
HR Generalist experience (Talent Acquisition,



Training & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management).
Perfil buscado
2-4 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
Bachelors degree completed (must)
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics.
Medical Devices, Industrial Manufacturing.
Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving , Employee Engagement
Microsoft Office, HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Offer: $45,000-$55,000 gross monthly + Superior Benefits
