✨ What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operationsDrive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time deliveryLead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams⚙️ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvementManage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costsPartner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges✅ We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual skills requiredRELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
