Flex seeks an Automation Manager to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of automation systems for PCBAs and sub-assemblies, aligned with SpinCo objectives. You will manage internal teams and external partners across development, validation, and volume manufacturing.

The role requires strong English communication, project leadership, and hands-on expertise in PCBAs manufacturing processes, IPC standards, and cost optimization.
