Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara to support key customer accounts and coordinate orders, RMAs, and shipments. You will work under the Manager, Operations and help ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service.

The idóneo candidate has a BA/BS or equivalent, advanced English, and strong Excel skills, with experience in manufacturing and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential to exceed customer expectations.
