To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

The Planner Scheduler role involves in charge ofhelpingmaterials and production functions.Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.

What a typical day looks like:

- Generate production plans based on capacity.
- Create and manage work orders.
- Verify WIP accuracy.
- Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipments etc.), confirmation of the order.
- Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group
- Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations
- Preparation of long term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast)
- Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data/Non-consumed demand, planned WO’s.
- Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.
- Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences
- Preparing management and CFT specificated reports, monitoring of KPI’s.
- Giving assistance,



replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.
- Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
- Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
- Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
- Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
- Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
- Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential interruptions.
- Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
- May alsohelpinventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of daily and weekly production planning and OTD tracking.
- Generation of CTB reports.
- Work order management.




- Experience with ERP systems and material flow.
- Knowledge of BOMs.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information andacknowledge to question from groups of managers and customers.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to apply common sensecomprehensionto carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
