We are looking for a Cost Consultant to join our growing team in Mexico City. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys combining technical construction knowledge, field investigations, and cost analysis to support complex projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

What You'll Do
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for the repair and restoration of structures affected by damage, defects, failures, or deterioration.
• Evaluate a wide range of building systems, including: Structural components, roofing systems, waterproofing assemblies, building façades.
• Other architectural and construction elements
• Conduct site inspections and field assessments to collect data and support estimate development.
• Develop and analyze unit prices and construction costs.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and concise cost reports documenting methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
• Present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders,



supporting claim resolution and dispute processes when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects across various geographic locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost estimation
• OPUS or Neodata experience is required.
• Experience in construction estimating, cost consulting, quantity takeoffs, or project controls.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and restoration/repair projects.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform field inspections and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Willingness to travel, if needed.
• US Visa is a plus
• Bilingual (English speaking) is required.
