We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Important: This is a hybrid position. Candidates must currently reside in the Monterrey metropolitan area, as on-site attendance is required Tuesday through Friday at our offices located on the 5th floor of Torres Moradas.
Position SummaryThe Licensing & Credentialing Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining provider licensure, certifications,



and credentialing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and uninterrupted operational and billing workflows.
This role supports the Operations and Revenue Cycle departments by coordinating provider enrollment, maintaining accurate credentialing records, and ensuring that all clinicians and healthcare professionals meet applicable federal, state, and payer-specific requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Manage provider licensure, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes.

• Ensure all clinicians and healthcare professionals maintain active licenses, certifications, and credentials.

• Complete and submit payer enrollment and revalidation applications.

• Track and monitor license renewals, credential expirations, and compliance deadlines.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider credentialing files and documentation.

• Communicate with providers, payers, and regulatory agenc
