We are looking for a Performance & Insights Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is adecuado for an analytical, strategic, collaborative individual who understands how to lead the measurement, analysis, and optimization of commercial, digital, and marketing performance by transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement through KPI tracking, campaign analysis, consumer behavior insights, and channel performance evaluation while partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations, optimize commercial initiatives,



and ensure the organization has reliable, results-oriented information.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Growth, Performance Marketing, or related disciplines are considered an advantage.

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Performance, Insights, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Growth, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Strategy, or related functions.
• At least 8 years leading the analysis of commercial, digital, and marketing performance, including KPI management, campaign analysis, channel performance, customer insights, and business results.
• Proven experience developing executive dashboards, reports, and presentations
