Kyungshin Cable Mexico is a company specialized in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components, supporting the automotive industry through high-quality manufacturing processes and general quality standards.
We are currently looking for a Cost Analyst Coordinator to join our team in Gómez Palacio, Durango.
This position will be responsible for coordinating product costing, standard cost activities, and cost variance analysis, ensuring accurate financial information to support program profitability and manufacturing efficiency.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in automotive costing or manufacturing finance, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate product costing and standard cost activities for assigned automotive programs.
• Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost assumptions for materials, labor,



scrap, manufacturing overhead, and production processes.
• Lead cost variance analysis, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate costing activities for Requests for Quotation (RFQs), quotations, engineering changes, and new program launches.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Monitor program profitability and manufacturing cost performance.
• Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses to management.
• Coordinate and develop Cost Analysts and Cost Engineers, as applicable.
• Ensure costing information is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in costing, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
