Regional Account Manager – LATAM

At FCM, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, we are looking for a commercially driven and client-focused Regional Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Latin America.

This role is adecuado for a professional with solid experience in corporate travel account management who can build trusted client relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and deliver measurable value through service excellence, programme optimisation and cost-saving initiatives.

What you will do
• Manage and develop a portfolio of regional corporate travel accounts, driving client retention, satisfaction and profitable growth.
• Build strong relationships with Travel Managers and key client stakeholders.
• Analyse travel spend, purchasing behaviour and service performance to identify savings, efficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Lead and present regular Account Reviews / QBRs,



executive reports and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments, SLAs, regional and global agreements.
• Partner with local Account Managers and internal teams including Sales, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Finance and Supplier Relations.
• Support regional and multinational account implementations, including online booking tools, reporting, change management and payment solutions.
• Monitor client risks, resolve escalations and coordinate action plans to improve the customer experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across FCM products and services.

What we are looking for
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate travel agency, TMC or corporate account management role; regional experience is highly desirable.
• Professional degree in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
