Legal Counsel | IHG Hotels & Resorts | Guadalajara, Mexico

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Mexico, Latin America & Caribbean (MLAC) Legal Team at IHG Hotels & Resorts.

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the hospitality industry's most exciting transactions across Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting the development of franchised, managed, conversion, mixed-use, and branded residential projects.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Negotiating and drafting hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, key money agreements, guarantees, and related transaction documents
✅ Supporting hotel development transactions from structuring through closing
✅ Advising business teams on commercial, legal, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
✅ Coordinating due diligence and managing external counsel throughout the region

We're looking for candidates with: • 3-4 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, real estate,



franchising, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• A practical, business-oriented mindset and interest in international transactions
