Account & Operations Manager | CDMX

Role Purpose:
Lead the operational and commercial management of assigned accounts and projects, ensuring exceptional client service, successful project execution, and effective people management. The Account & Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving business results, operational excellence, and workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Lead the execution of projects, field operations, promotional programs, and client initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, performance management, and team development.
• Drive commercial activities within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion.
• Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of action plans.
• Monitor operational, financial, and workforce KPIs, implementing improvements when needed.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Finance,



and Commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and operational standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in agency operations, staffing, outsourcing, trade marketing, promotional marketing, or field workforce management.
• Proven experience managing client accounts, operational projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of people management, project management, commercial processes, and operational reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

What We Offer:
• Competitive base salary of $40,000 MXN gross per month.
• Monthly performance bonus of $10,000 MXN.
