ServiceNow Developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The role focuses on strong hands-on delivery, technical depth, and reliable execution within defined architecture and governance standards

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications
• Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Support automation and orchestration scenarios




• Convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations
• Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices
• Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos

Experience & Skills
• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience in ITSM implementations
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
