The Position
As the Marketing Value Manager, you will join a general leader in oncology dedicated to transforming the standard of care in Breast Cancer. You will lead the marketing strategy for our flagship portfolio, maintaining market leadership while spearheading high-velocity launches for new treatments. This is your opportunity to act as a commercial enabler, building an ecosystem that connects clinical breakthroughs directly to patient access.

The Opportunity




• Define the portfolio strategy by creating 360-degree Go-to-Market plans for high-velocity HR+ launches and implementing aggressive defensive strategies for the established HER2+ segment.

• Own the creative and scientific narrative, co-creating solutions that differentiate the portfolio in a competitive landscape and ensuring all tactics align seamlessly with clinical and access goals.

• Optimize resources by taking full responsibility for assigning the investment budget and managing tools effectively to drive brand performance.

• Position innovation as the gold standard by building and maintaining robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Medical Societies.

• Empower field teams by partnering to design strategic account plans and providing continuous training, ensuring the sales force has the technical depth to drive brand inclusion.

• Lead cross-functional synergy with local and central field partners to ensure institutional strategies are perfectly aligned with medical and access activities on the ground.
