About the Role

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary post-sales partner for customers, helping them maximize the value of fraud, risk, and identity solutions through strategic guidance, technical consultation,



and ongoing relationship management. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead complex customer engagements, drive successful solution adoption and optimization, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Data Science, Strategy, and Technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term customer success.
