Position: Accounts Payable Analyst

Role Overview





We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to support our accounting operations across Mexico City. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

• Record and analyze amortizations, depreciations, and accounting provisions

• Prepare and file taxes in accordance with regional and corporate guidelines

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items

• Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper balance alignment

• Execute account revaluations and foreign currency conversions

• Analyze overdue portfolios and recognize provisions for doubtful accounts
