Your team’s dynamic:
As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in the success of our channel sales team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, assisting with forecasting opportunity tracking, and providing backup support to the Channel Sales Specialists & Commercial team.

What your day will look like:
CRM & Sales Operations
• Maintain and update customer records and opportunity comments in the CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline management to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Issue quotes and track sales activities within the assigned territory
• Provide backup support for Channel Sales Specialists, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses
• Maintain CRM data accuracy by performing frequent updates and audits to ensure all account details, contact information, and pipeline stages reflect the most current status
• Support forecasting efforts by entering and verifying sales data,



tracking opportunity progress, and following up with sales reps to confirm pipeline updates
• Generate and distribute CRM-based reports to assist with forecasting reviews and performance tracking, ensuring all data is complete and up to date for decision-making

Channel Sales Specialist Support
• Develop a strong understanding of Genetec’s software solutions and assist in creating opportunities and quotes.
• Support the development of tailored sales tools
• Actively promote the partner portal by scheduling demos and support calls with Channel Partner Program members
• Assist in progress of leads & Opportunities identified in CRM within assigned territories

Cross-functional collaboration
• Support with Order follow up with Customer Services and Fulfillment teams
• Communicate regularly with Directors, RSMs and Commercial team about general requests
