As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.





• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a BPO, KPO, or Call Centre environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
