Your team
The Accounting Data Management team is part of Aladdin Data and serves as a critical partner to BlackRock’s Investment Accounting and outsourced accounting business. The team manages the integrity, governance, and operational management of security, transaction, market, and accounting data used across investment accounting, regulatory reporting, portfolio operations, and client servicing.
The team oversees the onboarding, validation, and maintenance of investment and accounting data while advancing automation, standardization, and scalable operating models. Through close partnership with accounting teams, portfolio operations, technology teams, data providers, and external investment managers, the team enables timely, accurate, and controlled data flows that support client reporting, regulatory obligations, and operational excellence.
Your role and impact
As the Accounting Data Lead, you will lead and develop a team supporting critical investment accounting data processes in Mexico. You will be responsible for strengthening data quality,



operational controls, automation, and continuous improvement while helping the team deliver consistent and scalable outcomes.
This role combines investment accounting knowledge, data management expertise, and people leadership. You will partner with general teams to improve processes, resolve complex data issues, enhance client outcomes, and advance BlackRock’s broader data strategy.
