Kinatric and MexVend are hiring an organized, friendly, bilingual person to lead sales and customer communication for both companies. This is an early hire at two growing businesses, so you'll help build how we sell and support customers from the ground up.

About Kinatric (kinatric.com)
Kinatric builds quadruped robots, including the D2 and D2W, for companies using robotics in real-world settings. Our robots are designed and assembled in the United States and used for security patrols, industrial and infrastructure inspection, construction and mining sites, hazardous environments, and research. Customers can add their own cameras, sensors, and software, or work with us on a custom robot built for their needs.

MexVend is a B2B marketplace connecting U.S. buyers with verified Mexican suppliers. Through our TrustPass verification program, buyers can find trusted manufacturers and suppliers in Mexico, send requests, and connect directly. MexVend is free for both buyers and suppliers.

What you'll do




• Respond to customer inquiries, explain our products and services, and help turn interested customers into sales.
• Track potential customers, conversations, and next steps in a shared sales system.
• Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
• Keep customers informed about orders, delivery schedules, and updates after a sale.
• Coordinate with our team to answer technical questions and resolve customer issues. What we're looking for
• Based in Mexico, with strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Clear, professional communication and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable follow-through and the ability to work independently from home.
• Comfortable using online tools and learning about new products.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred. Robotics experience is not required; we'll teach you.
