As our new CSSC Application Engineer, you will be providing expert-level technical support and application engineering to customers across multiple channels, helping them find optimal pumping solutions while mentoring and supporting the CSSC Back Office team. This position reports directly to the CSSC Manager and will operate daily out of the Apodaca, Actual León facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the CSSC Back Office team,



you'll create impact by delivering tailored technical solutions that ensure optimal pump system performance and strengthen lasting customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide second-level technical support including detailed product sizing, application engineering, system integration, and accessory selection across phone, email, live chat, and messaging channels
• Support sales teams by managing technical aspects of tenders and mid-scale projects, delivering accurate specifications, dimensions, and engineering calculations
• Develop tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal performance and practical implementation in diverse customer environments
• Handle complex and escalated inquiries and quotations, including HX and accessories, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Identify business opportunities and hand over leads to external sales while implementing value-added service
