About the Role
We are looking for a Quality & Supply Chain Specialist to support the development and launch of new Growth products.
This role is unique because it connects two critical dimensions of new product development: quality readiness and physical deliverability.
You will be involved from the early stages of new opportunities, helping determine how a product should be validated, inspected, packaged, handled and delivered. You will identify risks before they become launch issues and provide technical input to feasibility assessments, quotations and business cases.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Planning & Product Validation
• Define validation and inspection strategies for new products and processes.
• Develop and coordinate validation requirements, including DVP&R;, dimensional validation and weld/joint validation.
• Translate customer-specific quality requirements into internal validation and control requirements.
• Define quality requirements for prototype builds and support launch readiness.
• Coordinate validation activities with internal teams, suppliers and external laboratories as required.
Supply Chain, Packaging & Logistics Feasibility
• Assess packaging, material handling, transportation and delivery requirements for new products.
• Evaluate logistics feasibility for large, oversized or special-handling products.
• Define packaging concepts that can support products from prototype through production.
• Identify logistics constraints, risks, lead-time implications and cost assumptions during feasibility.
