Summary:
Armstrong Mexico is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the company into its next chapter of growth. This executive will be responsible for growing the business, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company for long-term success in the steam, air and hot water sector.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all business functions, including sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance
• Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead the design and implementation of forward-looking growth strategies, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate organizational performance and profitability.
• Strengthen customer engagement and market presence
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth




• Collaborate with Armstrong International leadership to align corporate objectives and leverage shared resources and identify synergies
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering talent development and succession planning
• Foster and Integrate Armstrong ‘s Culture within the organization
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
