Role Description The Gerente Comercial is responsible for leading commercial strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and strengthen MICMAC’s market presence. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining sales objectives, managing commercial pipelines, overseeing key accounts, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure consistent customer experiences. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients and partners. The Gerente Comercial will also develop performance reports, manage and mentor the commercial team, and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with internal policies.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to support commercial objectives.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in en_US; professional Spanish proficiency is highly valuable.
• Competence in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and productivity software to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to evaluating market opportunities and risks.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both on site in Mexico City and remotely.
