The Sports Marketing Associate will support the Mexico Sports team in the development, coordination, execution, and optimization of sports marketing initiatives across the region. This role will play a key part in campaign planning, project management, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment, helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget,



and aligned with business objectives.
The Associate will work closely with Marketing, Creative Services, Media, Social, PR, Content, Product, Research & Engagement, and local market teams to provide visibility into campaign status, support decision-making through data and insights, and contribute to the successful execution of major sports properties across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Project Management
• Manage and maintain regional campaign trackers, timelines, planning calendars, and project documentation.
• Coordinate campaign milestones, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or roadblocks.
• Ensure visibility of campaign status, priorities, and upcoming deliverables across LATAM markets.

Cross-Functional Coordination
