We are looking for a Customer Services & Production Planning Manager to join the Supply Chain and Logistic AL&S; team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain and Logistic Manager.

The Customer Service and Production Planning Manager is responsible for leading customer service, demand management, production planning, and inventory strategies to ensure on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.




Lead Customer Service and Production Planning operations to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Develop and implement demand management strategies to improve forecast accuracy and production alignment.
Ensure compliance with CSR requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent obsolescence.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
Minimum 10 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning and Inventory Management.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
Advanced Excel and data analysis.
Led logistics operations and warehouse management, ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and continuous improvement in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Experienced in SAP, EDI systems, and customer portals, ensuring efficient material management, electronic data interchang
