Lead the overall finance function for the manufacturing operation, ensuring strong financial governance and business support.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet management.
Maintain a robust internal control environment and drive corrective actions when required.
Oversee product costing, cost control and financial analysis to support operational performance.
Analyze financial and operational results,
identifying opportunities to improve performance and support decision-making.
Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, account reconciliations and supporting financial systems.
Lead, develop and strengthen the plant finance team, building a high-performance and accountable organization.
Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within a manufacturing environment.
Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls and cost management.
Proven experience leading, developing and strengthening high-performing finance teams.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluent English and Spanish required.
