Role Objective
The Marketing Director will lead a high-performing team and drive the next phase of brand growth and demand generation. This role will oversee a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and a diverse team responsible for building awareness, generating qualified leads, and strengthening our position as the nation’s leading firm in humanitarian immigration law.

Responsibilities/Duties
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports firmwide revenue goals of $1.5M per month ($18M annually).
• Oversee a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, fostering an accountable, collaborative, and innovative culture.
• Partner with the CEO, CFOO, Sales, and Operations leadership to align marketing investments with firmwide business objectives.
Budget & Performance Oversight
• Manage and optimize an annual marketing budget of $3–4 million, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness across channels.
• Lead full-funnel performance tracking and analytics to connect marketing KPIs directly to revenue outcomes.
• Produce and present marketing performance dashboards and insights to the executive team.
