Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our team and insurance agents.
Follow up on pending requests and administrative processes.
Prepare, review, and organize documents.
Maintain accurate information in internal systems.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding applications and pending requirements.
Assist agents with administrative questions and process updates.
Keep records organized and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.





Requirements

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and digital tools.
Ability to learn new software and follow established procedures.
Responsible, proactive, and selfmotivated attitude.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable homeoffice environment.
