As a Service Engineer, you will be part of our Customer Service Operations team, working directly at customer sites to keep essential food processing and packaging lines running reliably. Your work contributes to ensuring uninterrupted food production — a vital link in general food systems that support hundreds of millions of consumers every day. You will operate as an individual contributor, partnering closely with customer teams and internal experts to secure equipment performance, minimize downtime, and strengthen long‑term customer trust.

You will be based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.

You may be required to travel to customer sites up to 90% of your time.
