Key Responsibilities
Manage endtoend recruitment processes, from job intake meetings to candidate selection and hiring.
Recruit for a variety of positions, including operational, administrative, specialized, middlemanagement, and leadership roles.
Partner with internal and external clients, present candidate shortlists, and provide ongoing recruitment updates.
Implement talent attraction strategies using social media, job boards, AI, and digital tools Recruitment 5.0.
Conduct competencybased interviews, manage multiple vacancies, and monitor recruitment KPIs.

Requirements
23 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
Proven experience managing endtoend recruitment processes across different job levels.




Conversational English.
Experience using social media, digital recruitment tools, and AI solutions for talent acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and resultsoriented skills.

Location South Mexico City.
Monday to Friday, 800 a.m. to 530 p.m.
