As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate you will provide consulting services across Workday finance applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support that helps improve operational efficiency within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, navigate complex situations,



and mentor junior team members while deepening your technical skills and broadening your understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Workday finance delivery efforts, interpret client feedback, use data to inform recommendations, and support the broader objectives of each engagement.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client finance processes and translating requirements into Workday Finance design options
- Configuring Workday Finance features to support accounting, reporting, and operational workflows
- Supporting implementation workstreams by tracking tasks, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery timelines
- Reviewing functional requirements and mapping business needs to Workday system capabilities
- Testing configuration updates, validating results, and documenting outcomes for client review
