A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Business Consultant - Retail to guide retail customers through complex, customer-facing transformation projects across Mexico and Latin America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote and based in Guadalajara, with regular travel to customer sites.
What you will do
- Lead business discovery and requirements workshops with merchandising, planning, supply chain and store-operations teams.
- Turn retail business needs into clear solution designs, process changes and measurable outcomes.
- Guide retail software implementations from scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
- Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
- Support discovery,



demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring
- Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
- A background in retail business consulting, SaaS implementation or professional services.
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Spanish with good working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
