Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Professional experience in surface treatment or chemical solution analysis.
- Experience in quality within surface treatment processes.
- Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and/or NADCAP.
- Experience in a chemical laboratory and process control.
- Experience with nonconformities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead inspection teams and train technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operation and quality management of the chemical laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
- Develop procedures and documentation, and train personnel.
- Lead the management of nonconformities in the surface treatment process.
- Coordinate the inspection team.
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
