As a **Fixed Assets Accountant**, you'll manage fixed asset records, depreciation, reconciliations, and accounting transactions while supporting accurate financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

What You'll Do

- Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, transfers, retirements, and disposals.

- Calculate depreciation, reconcile fixed asset accounts, and investigate discrepancies.

- Support physical asset inventories and verification processes.

- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities.

- Manage Concur-related accounting entries and reconciliations.

- Maintain prepaid expense schedules, amortization entries, and account reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Support process improvements,



documentation, and collaboration across Finance teams.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- 1–3+ years of experience in fixed assets, general accounting, General Ledger, or Record-to-Report preferred. Relevant internships may be considered.

- Knowledge of fixed assets, depreciation, journal entries, reconciliations, prepaid expenses, and month-end close.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Eclipse, or similar ERP systems preferred.

- Concur or BlackLine experience is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

- **Conversational English (B2+) required.**
