Strategic Assistant General Management

Main responsibilities:

- Support the Managing Director and leadership team by driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key priorities, projects, and action plans to ensure timely execution and accountability across the organization.
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business performance effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and meetings to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions to support operational excellence and business results.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance.




- Drive digital transformation efforts through the implementation of process automation, data analytics, and technology solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, business leaders, or strategic operations.
- Strong experience in business analytics, data interpretation, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives, projects, and key business priorities.
- Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong background in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) required.
