As a General Accountant, you'll support accurate financial reporting through journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and month-end closing activities across multiple operating companies.

What You'll Do

Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries.

Manage local rebate accounting, including entries and reconciliations.

Support tax-related accounting, schedules, and account analysis.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Record accruals, allocations, and month-end adjustments.

Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with accounting policies and internal controls.

Support audits, process improvements,



and collaboration across Finance teams.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

0–3+ years of experience in general accounting, General Ledger, or Record-to-Report preferred. Relevant internships may be considered.

Knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Eclipse, or similar ERP systems preferred.

BlackLine or similar accounting tools are a plus.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

Conversational English (B2+) required.
