As a General Accounting Manager, you'll lead accounting professionals and oversee general ledger, cash operations, fixed assets, reconciliations, and month-end close across multiple operating companies.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop accounting teams, managing performance, KPIs, and workload.

Oversee General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid expenses.

Supervise cash accounting, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and period-end closing.

Monitor accounting exceptions, outstanding balances, and escalations.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, AP, and Cash Application teams.

Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For





Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in General Accounting, General Ledger, Record-to-Report, or Finance Operations.

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, cash accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaids.

Experience managing multi-entity accounting operations; Shared Services and teams of 10+ employees preferred.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, OneStream, BlackLine, Eclipse, or similar ERP systems.

Advanced Excel, analytical thinking, performance reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.

Conversational English (B2+) required.
